Managed 31:46 (placed 121st o/all and 17th Category) at Victory 5 miles in Portsmouth today. Quite surprising as I spent the night before sleeping in my car in a layby near Daventry!! Didn't get home till two hours before the race so not the best preparation. Strange ole game this running lark!! ...
VR website looks fantastic...not been there for a while (dodgy internet...but very impressed!!)
ps have entered London Marathon 2010.
